AwePlus is the AI transformation delivery company of Magellan Global. We exist to put AKE to work inside enterprises, and to leave behind teams who can run it.
Who we are
AwePlus grew out of people-and-process services: customer operations, process outsourcing and technology support for companies across Asia-Pacific. That operating background shaped how we work today. We know that a workflow lives or dies with the people who run it, and we design AI deployments around them.
Today we do one thing. We deploy AKE, the Agentic Knowledge Engine developed by Magellan Global with MTRI, inside enterprises in Taiwan, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand, and we support it in operation. Our name still says what we promise: awesome service, plus results.
How we are organised
Every client deployment is led by a forward deployed engineer (FDE) who works inside the client’s team for the length of the engagement. Behind each FDE is a delivery manager in the nearest office and solution and integration engineers in Taipei. Knowledge engineers work with client subject-matter experts in Mandarin, Malay and English. We keep teams small and named: you will know who is accountable for your deployment on day one.

Magellan Global is an AI technology and professional services group. Within it, research, platform, people development and delivery are separate responsibilities with clear hand-offs. AwePlus is the delivery responsibility.

GSRP and the people we develop
The Global Successor Residency Program is Magellan Global’s flagship programme for nominated successors and key personnel. AwePlus provides a genuine project environment for suitable participants, supervised by our delivery managers, so that learning about AI transformation happens inside a real deployment. Clients may commission implementation separately, with its own scope and fees.
How we operate
We deliver, we don’t advise from a distance
Our forward deployed engineers are in the deployment with your process owners. Recommendations come with the people who will implement them.
We measure before we claim
Every deployment has an evaluation set and a baseline. Results are reported against them, not asserted.
We build for handover
A workflow is finished when your team can run and change it. Documentation, training and capability building are part of the scope.
We keep your information yours
Access, use and retention are defined per engagement. Nothing is pooled across clients or across the group.
