Careers

We hire engineers and delivery managers who want to put AI to work inside real organisations, with the people who run them.

How we work

Small delivery teams, each with a named manager and a client process owner. Engineers see the whole deployment, from the first interview to operation, and are expected to say when something should not be automated. We work in English and in the languages of our offices: Mandarin in Taipei, Malay and English in Kuala Lumpur, English in Melbourne and Auckland.

Engineering is centred in Taipei, in the Beitou Shilin Science Park, with close ties to MTRI’s research team in Tokyo. Delivery roles sit in all four offices.

Roles we hire for

Forward deployed engineer (FDE)

All offices · on site with clients

Own one client deployment end to end: embed with the process owner, configure AKE, build the first integrations, run the evaluation set and train the users. Strong engineering fundamentals, comfortable in client meetings, fluent in English and Mandarin or Malay.

AKE solution engineer

Taipei · Kuala Lumpur

Design and configure agent workflows, retrieval and evaluation for client deployments. Strong Python and systems thinking; experience with enterprise data and permissions.

Integration developer

Taipei · Melbourne

Connect AKE to ERP, CRM, document and identity systems. APIs, authentication, data transformation and testing in regulated environments.

Delivery manager / AI DX project manager

All offices

Run Diagnose-to-Operate engagements with client process owners. Scope, acceptance criteria, change control and clear communication in English and a local language.

Knowledge engineer

Taipei · Auckland

Map knowledge sources, terminology and permissions; build evaluation sets from real cases; work with subject-matter experts in the client’s language.

A week as a forward deployed engineer

Monday and Tuesday with the client’s claims team in Kuala Lumpur, reviewing last week’s evaluation results and the exception cases they flagged. Wednesday in a working session with Taipei engineering on a connector change. Thursday configuring the next workflow increment and writing the change note. Friday training two new reviewers and updating the operating playbook. Every week ends with something the client can use.
