AI operations and continuous improvement

Keep a deployed workflow dependable as models, data and business needs change.

Why it matters

Models change, sources change and business rules change. Without a named owner and a change process, a workflow that worked at go-live drifts quietly until someone stops trusting it.

Who this is for

Enterprises moving an agreed AI implementation into regular use and needing a clear support and change process.

What we do

  • Define service responsibilities, operating measures and escalation paths.
  • Review performance, user feedback and changes to knowledge sources or underlying systems.
  • Manage agreed improvements through testing, approval and documented releases.

What you receive

  • Support and operating plan.
  • Regular review of quality, usage and exceptions.
  • Prioritised improvement backlog and change records.

How it runs

1

Establish

Identify the service owner and operating requirements.

2

Observe

Review the evidence from actual use and recurring issues.

3

Improve

Agree changes, test them and update user guidance.

Who you will work with

A service owner on our side, a forward deployed engineer for changes, and your process owner for decisions. Coverage across Taiwan, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand time zones is agreed in the service plan.

An example

After a model provider update, a client’s evaluation set showed a drop in completeness on one case type. The change was held, the prompt and retrieval configuration adjusted, the set re-run and the release documented before users saw it. (Illustrative example.)

Questions

Is around-the-clock support included?
Support hours, response expectations and coverage are defined in the service agreement rather than assumed. Our offices in Taiwan, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand allow extended coverage across Asia-Pacific time zones.
What happens when a model or data source changes?
The operating plan names the change owner and the checks required before the updated workflow is used, including a re-run of the evaluation set.
